I needed to get my oil changed and was in and out in an hour!

Had issues with my seat and Coby and all service department was a huge help! They are polite and understanding and very accommodating! Awesome job guys!

I was helped by the service rep Ann Marie this past Saturday while my car was being serviced. She was super personable and fielded all my questions quickly and courteously! The service department has always gone above and beyond for me and my Spark.

It is always busy! I can’t find a time of day or day of the week that is less busy. They do try to be quick, but I think things fall through the cracks. When we drove in, we waited 15 minutes to be asked why we were there. One of the representatives took 2 people ahead of us that walked in after us. She just kept calling them up as they came in. Finally another representative came and got us checked in and dropped off within 2 minutes. They didn’t try to upsell us on any extra services so that was nice. I also didn’t like how the representative who checked us out, the same who wouldn’t check us in, told us that if the survey wasn’t perfect they would get a fail and to take that into consideration. I don’t think that should be public knowledge. Let me grade you on your service and if you pass or fail is not on me.

Autonation was able to get my truck in on short notice and get it out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall I have had very good results using the Service Department at Autonation West in Amarillo.

Ann Smith, my service advisor, is the Best! Always so friendly and eager to help on my vehicle. The service department is A #1. All team members.

Fast and friendly service. Was asked if I needed my car by a specific time which no other dealer had ever done before. They were so nice and informative unlike my previous service place

Ive always had issues with service here. But I had to return for service bc my warranty charges double deductible for going elsewhere...so nice. This time was better as far as the communication from the advisor. She was MUCH better this time telling me what stage the process was in. But its the same issue with delays. Was going to be 4 days for me to have the car back...it turned into 3 weeks. I dont mind it taking a while since it was a huge repair but its easier to know that ahead and make arrangements accordingly. There was also damage to my fan housing that is very apparent with the naked eye but they put the car back together without mentioning they broke the part. I guess they thought I wouldnt open the hood. I sent a pic to the advisor and she quickly replied with an apology and said she would order the part right away. Kudos to the advisor this time. I dont think any set backs are her fault. She really put in an a good effort.

Mr. Wade was very helpful as well as Ms. Marie-Ann. They helped me find the proper repair for my vehicle and got me set up right away. The service was timely and I greatly appreciated the shine that they gave my ZR2. I can't remember the last time it was that clean.

We experienced an issue with a tire as we drove from Austin to Denver. It was after 7:00 PM and no one was able to assist that evening. AAA was a great help and recommended Autonation as it was closest to our location. AAA got us there safely and we left the car for service in the morning.We really appreciated the prompt service and great customer service. Thanks to Wade for his managing the repair process and the entire team who got us safely back on the road to Denver. We are grateful for Autonation and your great service and support.
